All bookings are done online through our Booking page. Simply choose your preferred date, time, and number of hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is confirmed.
Our standard hourly rate is $100 + HST. We also offer discounted rates through monthly membership packages. Pricing details and availability can be found on our booking page.
Your rental includes full access to our 550 sq ft natural light studio, a variety of coloured backdrops, curated furniture, white walls, 10-foot ceilings, and beautiful natural light. The space also includes a coffee nook, meeting area, a small kitchenette in the back room, and a bathroom located downstairs.
Yes! The studio is perfect for content creation, small meetings, branding sessions, workshops, and intimate events. If you’re unsure whether your use fits, feel free to reach out before booking.
Yes — the studio features large windows, 10-foot ceilings, and white walls that help bounce light throughout the space. Blinds are available for privacy and light control.
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the studio at this time.
We offer studio tours by appointment only. If you’d like to see the space in person before booking, please get in touch to schedule a time.
Yes — there is a mix of Green P street parking and free one-hour side street parking available in the area.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or high-demand time slots.
If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance, you’ll receive a one-time studio credit to use toward a future session. If you cancel a second time, the booking will be considered non-refundable.
